Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the Pickory website, free check or paid plans. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Pickory checks how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Claude) answer shopping questions related to your store, and helps improve how your store is described and mentioned online. Depending on your plan, this can include reports, product page rewrites, outreach drafts and outreach done on your behalf.
2. No guaranteed results
AI assistants are run by third parties and change their answers over time. We cannot guarantee that any assistant will recommend your store, or any specific amount of traffic, orders or revenue. Reports show what AI assistants answered on the date of each check. Any calculations on our website are examples, not promises.
3. Your approval and your facts
We never publish changes to your store without your approval. We write only from the facts you provide or that are public on your store, and we mark missing facts for you to fill in. You are responsible for checking that everything you approve is accurate and lawful.
4. Honest outreach
We do not create fake reviews, fake accounts or undisclosed paid endorsements. Outreach is sent openly on behalf of your brand, and only after you approve it.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and you keep access until then. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
6. First-month guarantee
On Starter and Growth: if the report at the end of your first paid month shows no improvement in how AI assistants mention or describe your store compared with your first report, you can ask for a refund of your first month’s fee within 30 days of that payment. Write to hello@getpickory.com. Other payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Founding brand offer
Where offered, the founding brand discount (50% off the first 3 months) is given in exchange for permission to publish your results as a case study. We will show you the case study before publishing.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Pickory to check stores you are not allowed to represent in a way that breaks the law, to send spam, or to try to disrupt our systems.
9. Intellectual property
You own your store content and the rewritten content we deliver to you once paid for. Pickory owns its software, reports format and website. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Shopify are trademarks of their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting any mandatory consumer or business protections that apply to you where you are based.
